ORDER PROCESSING

‭Please allow up to 2 days to process your order. Expect an email within a week to let you‬ know your order is on the way!

ORDER PICKUP

‭Orders can be picked up daily from 08:00 - 18:00. An email will be sent to you when your order is ready for‬ collection.‬

SOUTH AFRICAN SHIPPING - DELIVERY TIMES AND RATES

‭During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to‬ shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within South Africa.

All orders within South Africa qualify for free shipping except for orders that include oversized products - The Base and MOD Roof Racks. These items have a standard R150.00 delivery charge automatically added on at checkout. 

‭When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking‬ information. ‭Orders will usually take 2-5 days to arrive once shipped out.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - DELIVERY TIMES, RATES AND IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES

‭We offer international shipping to most countries.

Live shipping rates are calculated at checkout after you have inputted your delivery address. 

Shipping times vary, but usually take 4-6 days to arrive in the destination country. 

Please Note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once‬ a shipment reaches your destination country. MOD is not responsible for these‬ charges if they are applied and are your responsibility to pay as the customer. If you would like the import duties and taxes to be paid up front for you by us, you will need to select that shipping option at checkout.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES‬

‭We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original‬ condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.‬

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible‬ at info@mod.equipment with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We‬ address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory‬ solution.‬
