ORDER PROCESSING

‭Please allow up to 2 days to process your order. Expect an email within a week to let you‬ know your order is on the way!

ORDER PICKUP

‭Orders can be picked up daily from 08:00 - 18:00. An email will be sent to you when your order is ready for‬ collection.‬
Our collection address is: Unit 500 Bree Castle House, 68 Bree Street, Cape Town, 8000

SOUTH AFRICAN SHIPPING - DELIVERY TIMES AND RATES‬

‭During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to‬ shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within South Africa.

All orders within South Africa qualify for free shipping except for orders that include oversized products - "The Base" and MOD "Roof Racks". These items have a delivery charge automatically added on at checkout. 

‭When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking‬ information. ‭Orders will usually take 2-5 days to arrive once shipped out.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - DELIVERY TIMES, RATES AND IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES

At MOD, we ship worldwide through TUNL, our cross-border logistics partner, using FedEx Priority, UPS Saver, and Economy Shipping. Here's everything you need to know before you order.

Live shipping rates are calculated at checkout after you have inputted your delivery address. Our Shipping Options Breakdown:

FedEx Priority — 4 to 6 business days
- Fully tracked, door-to-door
- Duties & taxes: Choose DDP or DAP at checkout

UPS Saver — 4 to 6 business days
- Fully tracked, door-to-door
- Duties & taxes: Choose DDP or DAP at checkout

Economy Shipping — 10 to 14 business days
- Fully tracked, door-to-door
- Duties & taxes: Choose DDP or DAP at checkout

You'll be able to choose your preferred service at checkout.

Please Note: At checkout, you can choose how duties, taxes and VAT are handled: either included in your order total (DDP) so there's nothing to pay on delivery, or paid to the carrier on delivery (DAP). Pick whichever works best for you.

MOD is not responsible for these‬ charges if you choose the DAP option.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email. Use it to follow your parcel in real time from us to you.

Delivery Times

The transit times above are averages. Deliveries can occasionally be delayed by:
- Customs clearance or inspection
- Severe weather
- Local courier conditions
- Incorrect delivery information

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES‬

‭We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original‬ condition, and we will refund the full order amount. All shipping and customs duties will have to be covered by the customer. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible‬ at info@mod.equipment with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We‬ address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory‬ solution.‬ Please see our refund policy for more info.
